You can distill urine to produce potable water. Basically, you dig a hole, piss in it, stick a pot or cup or something in there and put a tarp over it. Stick a rock in the middle of the tarp so it creates a focal point.. The rays of the sun evaporate the piss. When it gets cooler out, the water condenses on the plastic, and rolls into the cup. You can drink that shit.

Drinking urine for survival is advised against by numerous survival instructors and guides, inluding the US Army Field Manual,. These guides explain that drinking urine tends to worsen, rather than relieve dehydration due to the salts in it, and that urine should not be consumed in a survival situation, even when there is no other fluid available.

i never said it was fake.. i was just replying to some dude.. but parts of man vs wild is sorta fake.. there are scenes set up.. and they even tell u behind the scenes... there's like.. 5 men following him while he does these crazy things..
